Homilycast #249: August 12, the XIX Sunday in Ordinary Time, year B

Here is my homily for today, recorded during the 4PM Mass at St. Ann’s in Gloucester.

You can hear all of my “homilycasts” by copying this URL:

https://advenus.wordpress.com/category/podcast-2/feed/

and adding it to your favorite podcast client software. For instance, in iTunes, you would click on the “Advanced” menu at the top of the screen and pick the second option, “Subscribe to podcast…” That makes a window pop up where you can paste the address I list above. You then click “OK”, and – depending on your default settings – you will get each new “homilycast” automatically!

I just finished listening to your homily. And I would like you to know I agree with your saying how we get out what we put in. And how when growing up we did what our parents told us to do. I have to let you know that I have made a good confession after many years of bad ones and I thank God that he gave me priest that were understanding. And many sins of the past I FINALLY CONFESSED.
