Hi Fr. Matthew. I’m always amazed with the pictures you take and am inspired by them. How do you find the time to pursue this hobby and your priestly duties? My brother is a priest as well and he seems to be busy every minute of the day. Take care.
Jim
Thanks! Yes, the origami and photography serve various purposes. They help me engage the wider community, and they give me an enjoyable creative outlet that helps me stay balanced. I don’t actually spend that much time on them, either – mostly just my days off or late evenings.
Jim,Fr.Matthew has put a different spin on the Apostolate…Father Matthew incorporates the whole city and town Gloucester/Rockport in his daily life..Also Gloucester is a walking city having the greatest activity side of Gloucester near the rectory…Also, Fr. Matthew has an eye for detail which some of us don’t. Also several people have remarked…”We rarely saw the priests of Holy Family”. Now, we often see the “new priest” on the streets of Gloucester and Rockport. Fr.Matthew is a very nice component/person/addition to the Holy Family Parish. Charlene
