Winter Vacation

After a rather busy winter, I’m taking a week of much-needed vacation.

No, I’m not going to Florida, or California, or anywhere else with warm weather and tourist attractions; I am spending the week with my parents in Connecticut, and visiting friends in the area.

This means I will not be publishing any homilies this week, but I hope to keep posting daily, even if just little notes like this one.

On Sunday afternoon before I left Newburgh on my way home, I went to the parish ice skating party at Ice Time. I didn’t skate, but I brought my camera! It looks like a good time was had by all. I posted some photos here.
